Well, it happened.

Hollywood superstar Mickey Rourke returned to the professional boxing ring today in Moscow with a TKO win over Elliot Seymour, whose performance will likely put him in line for a part in The Expendables 4.

Seymour (1-10, 1 KO) is a 29-year-old part-time fighter of sorts who ate a couple of debilitating body shots from Rouke (7-0, 5 KO), allowing the 62-year-old star of The Wrestler and Diner to return after a 20-year absence with a triumphant victory, which included his Toby Keith cowboy hat and a near-disastrous attempt to lift trainer Marvin Somodio onto his shoulders.

It was terrible.

Undercard Results

  • Rakhim Chakhkiev TKO-4 Jackson Junior
  • Dmitry Kudrayshov KO-1 Juan Carlos Gomez. 22-second knockout. It might be time for 41-year-old Gomez (55-4, 40 KO) to hang it up. Or not. Kudrayshov (16-0, 16 KO) has legit big power.
  • Eduard Troyanovsky KO-1 Jose Agustin Feria
  • Andrey Klimov UD-10 Gabino Cota
  • Sergey Lipinets KO-8 Ernie Sanchez
  • Egor Mekhontsev UD-8 Joey Vegas
  • Sergey Kuzmin KO-1 Nicolas Bruule
  • Dmitry Bivol TKO-6 Jorge Rodriguez Olivera
