Bad Left Hook will be here with live coverage tonight for the last HBO boxing show of the year, as Timothy "Desert Storm" Bradley returns to face Diego Chaves in the welterweight main event, with Andy Lee and Matt Korobov meeting for a vacant middleweight title, and Mauricio Herrera taking on top prospect Jose Benavidez.
Connor Ruebusch will be handling the live coverage duties and the immediate post-fight recaps.
Bradley (31-1, 12 KO) is coming off of a loss to Manny Pacquiao on April 12, while Chaves (23-2, 19 KO) is also entering on the heels of a defeat, as he was disqualified in his HBO debut against Brandon Rios in August. It's a must -- and should -- win fight for Bradley, and for Chaves, it's a chance again to break through on the American stage.
Korobov (24-0, 14 KO) and Lee (33-2, 23 KO) will be meeting for the vacant WBO middleweight title, which Peter Quillin gave up earlier this year, rather than face Korobov for a career-high payday.
Herrera (21-4, 7 KO) will look to spoil the HBO debut for Benavidez (21-0, 15 KO), a top-flight prospect who will look to close 2014 with what would easily be a career-best win.
