Pacquiao vs Bradley II will have additional drug testing by USADA or VADA

The April 12 rematch between Manny Pacquiao and Timothy Bradley will have additional drug testing, but it's not yet clear which agency will handle the testing.

Either USADA or VADA will handle the additional drug testing for the April 12 HBO pay-per-view rematch between Manny Pacquiao and Timothy Bradley for Bradley's WBO welterweight title at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Bradley tells BoxingScene.com that he believes it will be VADA, but he's not 100% sure yet, and negotiations are still going on. Bradley (31-0, 12 KO) has been a VADA proponent, and VADA did handle extra testing for Pacquiao's win over Brandon Rios on November 23 of last year.

Pacquiao (55-5-2, 38 KO) has been a frequent target of PED suspicion, though he's never failed a drug test. The Rios fight was the first time that the Filipino superstar underwent outside testing in addition to the standard commission tests.

The first fight between Pacquiao and Bradley did not have additional testing, of course, which you probably could have guessed since the Rios fight was, as previously stated, the first time Pacquiao underwent the additional testing.
