Pacquiao vs Bradley II: Arum says 70% of tickets already sold for April 12 fight

Top Rank promoter Bob Arum says that 70% of tickets for the April 12 rematch between Manny Pacquiao and Timothy Bradley have been sold, and that he expects to be able to announce a sellout in the next few weeks for the event at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Pacquiao (55-5-2, 38 KO) first met Bradley (31-0, 12 KO) in 2012 at the same venue, but there is little debate that this simply feels like a bigger fight going in than that one did. Arum believes the fact that Bradley is a bigger name now, combined with his success since that fight, makes for a fight that is expected to be more competitive, and thus has fans more excited.

It may also help that Pacquiao hasn't fought in Las Vegas since December 2012, when he lost to Juan Manuel Marquez. He fought just once in 2013, beating Brandon Rios in Macao.
