Juan Diaz UD-10 Gerardo Robles
There wasn't much to Diaz's performance in this one, as he pretty handily picked apart an overmatched club fighter on scores of 99-91, 99-91, and 100-90. Diaz's (39-4, 19 KO) return to the sport has been really low-key, and it continues to be.
Oscar Valdez TKO-3 Samuel Sanchez
More of the same that we've seen from Valdez so far in his pro career. A nice stoppage and some good body work, as usual.
Ivan Najera UD-8 Angel Hernandez
Najera went down in round two, but came back strong and won the fight over the distance. They cut a good pace for a while, but it did slow down late.
Jose Zepeda TKO-2 Johnnie Edwards
Decent win for Zepeda (18-0, 16 KO), a 24-year-old welterweight you might want to keep an eye on. Edwards (15-7-1, 8 KO) has now been stopped in two straight.
Alex Saucedo UD-6 Gilberto Venegas
Welterweight Saucedo improves to 13-0 (9 KO) with a win on scores of 60-54, 59-55, 59-55.
Jerren Cochran UD-6 Adauto Gonzalez
Didn't see this one, as the fights in Glasgow and Magdeburg were winding down when this started. Cochran improves to 11-0 (4 KO) with a win on scores of 60-53, 59-54, and 59-54.
Here's what's still to come: Juan Diaz vs Gerardo Robles, lightweights, 10 rounds.
