The card is headlined by Floyd Mayweather (45-0, 26 KO) defending his WBC title against the WBA title held by Marcos Maidana (35-3, 31 KO) in a 12-round welterweight bout.
Also on the card: Amir Khan (28-3, 19 KO) faces Luis Collazo (35-5, 18 KO) in a welterweight fight that could determine an opponent for the Mayweather-Maidana winner; Adrien Broner (27-1, 22 KO) looks to rebound from his first loss in a tune-up fight against Carlos Molina (17-1-1, 10 KO) set for 10 rounds at junior welterweight; and J'Leon Love (17-0, 10 KO) takes on Marco Antonio Periban (20-1-1, 13 KO) in a 10-round super middleweight fight.
