The Bad Left Hook Pick'em Game: Season 22 - Week 8

Victor Decolongon

Before we get to the feature attraction, there's some Thursday night action, with Rances Barthelemy and Argenis Mendez renewing hostilities after their bout earlier this year ended in a no-contest.

This week's big match-up is the PPV headliner between Canelo Alvarez and Erislandy Lara.  Along with a pick-the-winner option, we've got method-of-victory and over/under too.  The undercard has Mauricio Herrera taking on Johan Perez, plus Juan Manuel Lopez vs Francisco Vargas, Tomoki Kameda vs Pungluang Sor Singyu and Abner Mares vs Jonathan Oquendo.

Rounding out the line-up is some action from the UK, with Tony Bellew going up against Julio Cesar Dos Santos and Richard Comney going up against Gary Buckland in a Commonwealth title battle.

For those that haven't played before, welcome to the best pick'em game going. Please join right in and start playing (just make sure to check out the rules - we promise they are very simple).

An explanation of how to fill out your selections appears at the bottom of this post - please follow these instructions as it makes it easier for us to tabulate the results quickly each week.

You can check out last week's standings here.

Let’s get to the week 8 line-up…
