This morning starting at 6:00 am EDT from the Venetian Resort and Casino's Cotai Arena in Macau, Zou Shiming, Guillermo Rigondeaux, Gilberto Ramirez, and Brian Viloria, among others, return to action. BLH will have live coverage.
Here's how you can watch live this morning: Top Rank TV will have live streaming coverage of the undercard bouts, and BoxNation in the UK will go live at 9 am EDT with coverage of the main fights, too.
For those without the BoxNation option, there will also be tape delayed coverage of Zou Shiming vs Luis De La Rosa and Gilberto Ramirez vs Junior Talipeau on HBO2 at 5:00 pm EDT. Guillermo Rigondeaux vs Sod Kokietgym will be shown on tape delay on UniMas' Solo Boxeo Tecate tonight at 11:00 pm EDT.
Zou Shiming (4-0, 1 KO) is once again in the main event in Macau, as he'll be facing Colombia's De La Rosa (23-3-1, 13 KO) in a 10-round flyweight bout. De La Rosa is ostensibly a step up for Zou, but he's got an empty record and is 2-2 in his last four fights.
Rigondeaux (13-0, 8 KO) will be defending the RING Magazine, WBA, and WBO super bantamweight titles against Sod Kokietgym (63-2-1, 28 KO), another opponent with a pretty but very empty record. Sod is 63-0-1 against mediocre and worse foes, and 0-2 against Daniel Ponce De Leon, for whatever that's worth.
Ramirez (28-0, 22 KO) is an intriguing super middleweight prospect who will be facing Australia's Junior Talipeau (20-2-1, 7 KO) in a 10-round fight, in what may be the best matchmaking on the card, which isn't saying a ton. Talipeau is a tiny super middleweight at 5'7", quite a bit shorter than the nearly 6'3" Ramirez.
Brian Viloria (33-4, 19 KO) takes on Jose Alfredo Zuniga (11-5-1, 5 KO) in a stay-busy flyweight fight scheduled for 10 rounds; super flyweight Rex Tso (13-0, 8 KO) faces John Bajawa (12-6, 6 KO) in an eight-rounder; lightweight Ik Yang (15-0, 10 KO) takes on Rachamongkol Sor Pleonchit (14-8, 6 KO) in another eight round bout; and in yet another eight-round bout, it will be super flyweight Mark Anthony Geraldo (30-4-3, 14 KO) facing Efrain Perez (17-4, 12 KO). In a pair of six round fights, we'll see light heavyweights Egor Mekhontsev (3-0, 3 KO) and Mike Mirafuente (2-0, 2 KO) square off, as well as junior middlewieghts Kuok Kun Ng (4-0, 2 KO) and Beau O'Brien (4-0-1, 1 KO).
