Tonight at 9:45 pm EDT, HBO Boxing After Dark presents a split site triple-header, with two fights coming from Las Vegas, and a pivotal light heavyweight title bout from Atlantic City, the latter with something even bigger on the line for November.

In Las Vegas, Brandon Rios (31-2-1, 23 KO) returns to action looking to snap a two-fight losing streak in a welterweight bout against Diego Chaves (23-1, 19 KO). Also on that portion of the show, Jessie Vargas (24-0, 9 KO) defends the WBA junior welterweight title in a potentially very tough matchup against Russian southpaw Anton Novikov (29-0, 10 KO).

In Atlantic City, it will be Sergey Kovalev (24-0-1, 22 KO) defending the WBO light heavyweight title against Australia's Blake Caparello (19-0-1, 6 KO). Kovalev is expected to win handily by most, and if he does emerge victorious, he already has a signed contract to face Bernard Hopkins in November.
