Bernard Hopkins' block and counter technique

In his latest installment of "Perfect Execution," The Alien demonstrates his technique for a block and counter. He makes it look rather easy (probably because he has a lifetime worth of experience), but getting the timing down on these maneuvers during live action obviously takes a lot of practice.
