Tonight starting at 7:00 pm EDT, Bad Left Hook will have live coverage of at least five fights from the Barclays Center, with Danny Garcia headlining against Rod Salka in a catchweight non-title fight, and Lamont Peterson defending his IBF junior welterweight belt against Edgar Santana.

Garcia (28-0, 16 KO) scraped past Mauricio Herrera in what was supposed to be an easy tune-up fight earlier this year, and now is facing Salka (19-3, 3 KO), who is seen as an even softer touch, though one with a similar style. Garcia is a massive favorite in this fight, anywhere from 30-to-1 to 50-to-1, and little is expected.

The same can be said for Peterson (32-2-1, 16 KO) and his fight with Santana (29-4, 20 KO), another club fighter and not a real contender to date in his career. Peterson isn't quite the outrageous favorite that Garcia is, but he's still listed at 20-to-1 by Bovada, so it's another walkover on paper.

Daniel Jacobs (27-1, 24 KO) will meet Jarrod Fletcher (18-1, 10 KO) in what would appear to be the night's best fight. Jacobs and Fletcher will be fighting for the vacant WBA "regular" middleweight title, which doesn't need to exist at all. Gennady Golovkin is the WBA middleweight titleholder, and it's not as if he's inactive or anything. But that's boxing for you. Jacobs is listed at -600, so this isn't too big of a bookie blowout.

On Showtime Extreme at 7:00 pm EDT (the main card starts at 9), Sadam Ali (19-0, 12 KO) will continue his prospect journey against Jeremy Bryan (17-3, 7 KO), and Marcus Browne (11-0, 8 KO) faces Paul Vasquez (10-5-1, 3 KO).
