The Bad Left Hook Pick'em Game: Season 25 - Week 1

Tureano Johnson
Tureano Johnson

Welcome to Season 25 of the Bad Left Hook Pick'em Game! Season 25 means it's our Silver Season (not to be confused with the WBO Pan-Latino Interim Super Silver Season).

Congratulations to ekker3 for winning last year's POTY honors, and to ItsAlwaysHawkTimeSomewhere for winning Season 24.

In a behind the scenes note, the game remains the same but the man who created it is stepping away to concentrate on other projects. Big thanks to Andy for all his work over the years. I'll be doing my best to fill his shoes.

One new rule: The numbers in your selections are binding, not the names. So, if you make a mistake and say "A. (1) – 1 – Maicelo to win" ... your official pick will be Perez to win since that is pick number 1. Feel free not to even put the names in there; the numbers will suffice.

No huge fights this week, but we've got the season premiere of Friday Night Fights as well as bouts on Fox Sports 1 and ShoBox. Saturday is more of the same with fights on UniMas and Azteca.

Check out last season's final standings here.

For those that haven't played before, welcome to the best pick'em game going. Please join right in and start playing (just make sure to check out the rules - we promise they are very simple).

An explanation of how to fill out your selections appears at the bottom of this post - please follow these instructions as it makes it easier for us to tabulate the results quickly each week.

Now let's get to this week's line-up…
