Today at 2:00 pm EST live and streaming here at Bad Left Hook, Terence Crawford and Dierry Jean will head to the scales for their junior welterweight title bout airing tomorrow night from Omaha on HBO.
Crawford (26-0, 18 KO) is the heavy favorite, as should be expected, as he'll make the first defense of the WBO title he won in April against Thomas Dulorme. Jean (29-1, 20 KO) is a solid fighter, but in his lone loss, he was beaten by Lamont Peterson in another title bout, and Crawford's skill, momentum, and huge hometown advantage figures to give him the upper hand going in.
Crawford-Jean will be the only live fight aired on HBO tomorrow night, following replays of last weekend's Gennady Golovkin-David Lemieux and Roman Gonzalez-Brian Viloria fights from pay-per-view. But Top Rank will be streaming the undercard at Top Rank TV starting at 7:30 pm EST on Saturday night, and here's what they've got on tap:
