Sergey Kovalev, Adonis Stevenson meet up in Quebec City

Sergey Kovalev and Adonis Stevenson are both in attendance tonight in Quebec City, and met up in the crowd.

James DeGale faces Lucian Bute in the Showtime main event later this evening, but something else interesting is happening at Centre Videotron in Quebec City: Adonis Stevenson and Sergey Kovalev are both in attendance, and met up in the audience.

This is certainly more interesting than more of the same Twitter trash talk. Stevenson (27-1, 22 KO) was recently stripped of his RING Magazine world championship for subpar opposition, but does still hold the WBC title. Kovalev (28-0-1, 25 KO) holds the WBA, WBO, and IBF belts, and is widely considered the top dog at 175 pounds.

The fight is also definitely the biggest out there for both men, but is still potentially difficult to make, with Stevenson under the Al Haymon banner and Kovalev signed to HBO. But maybe this is a step. Or maybe it's just a photo.
