Bad Left Hook Podcast #2 (Dec. 14, 2015): Reviewing Jones-Maccarinelli, Joshua-Whyte, Donaire, more

Thoughts on Roy Jones Jr, Nonito Donaire, Omar Figueroa, Anthony Joshua, and more.

Scott Christ is the managing editor of Bad Left Hook and has been covering boxing for SB Nation since 2006.

Hey! It's podcast day here at BLH, which means a new (the second!) episode of the BLH Podcast as it has returned to you in all its low-tech glory. Once again, we'll be running these on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday every week, and Monday is a day to review what happened over the weekend, and plenty happened this weekend.

Today I give my thoughts on Roy Jones Jr's knockout loss to Enzo Maccarinelli and the state of Jones and covering him for the site the last several years, plus thoughts on Anthony Joshua's win over Dillian Whyte, Luke Campbell and Kevin Mitchell's losses in London, Nonito Donaire's war with Cesar Juarez, Felix Verdejo, Omar Figueroa, and Chris Arreola. You also get to hear my midwestern drawl butcher a couple of names that I can read in my head just fine but can't say out loud so great, something I will work on going forward, or at least something I'm saying I'll work on going forward before I get distracted by jokes about Oscar De La Hoya attempting to be a human being and not a media trained robot.

Anyway, listen!
