Freddie Roach sees flaws in GGG, likes Cotto's chances

FightHype caught up with Freddie Roach during a Miguel Cotto training session and Freddie tells the camera he sees the flaws in Golovkin.

Miguel Cotto is scheduled to defend his WBC middleweight title against Daniel Geale on June 6th, and is nearing the end of his training camp. In an video interview, Freddie Roach says that Miguel is probably most comfortable at junior middleweight but that they won't have a problem continuing to fight at 160.

Freddie also says that he watched the Golovkin-Monroe fight and thought Gennady got a bit exposed. In particular, he mentions that Gennady is dangerous early but fatigues later and doesn't like to get hit to the body (but like, who does?!). Freddie also says he saw a few other flaws in Gennady's game that he thinks Cotto can take advantage of, and likes their chances against the Kazakh Knockout King, as I like to affectionately refer to Gennady. Lastly, Freddie calls BS on Gennady and trainer Abel Sanchez for saying that they purposely took some shots from Willie Monroe just to thrill the crowd.
