There were no surprises in London today as the favored Englishmen stopped their overmatched opponents with little trouble.

In the main event, Billy Joe Saunders (22-0, 12 KO), competing for the first time since his narrow win over rival Chris Eubank, Jr., dropped Yoann Bloyer (17-28-2 3 KO) three times en route to a fourth-round finish. The light-heavyweight bout marked the eighth time in his last nine bouts that Bloyer has tasted defeat, and Saunders admitted that the fight was meant to "brush off a little ring rust" in preparation for his September 19th bout with WBO Middleweight Champion Andy Lee.

Elsewhere on the card, Frank Buglioni (17-1-1, 11 KO) finished the seven-pounds-overweight Fernando Castaneda (23-10, 14 KO) in a tune-up bout of his own. He's slated to face the undefeated Fedor Chudinov on September 26th in Wembley for Chudinov's WBA title.

The inconsistent Derek Chisora (21-5, 14 KO) was also in action, demolishing Beqa Lobjanidze (13-4, 11 KO) in just 29 seconds with his signature overhand right. After the fight, Chisora expressed a desire to face Erkan Teper, who was last seen throttling David Price in two rounds.

He may have to get in line.

There's plenty more action to come today, so be sure to join everyone in the results thread for Kovalev vs. Mohammedi at 10:00 PM EST.
