The GGG-Lemiuex card featuring Gonzalez-Viloria must be trendy because it has already broken the MSG record for most presale tickets sold in the 10 years they've been doing it. There has been over 6,000 tickets sold during the 2-day presale this week, before the official public sale has even begun.

These sales have topped both Wladimir Klitschko's fight against Bryant Jennings, which ended up drawing a crowd of 17,056, as well as Cotto-Margarito II which drew 21,239 fans.

"Fans have responded by showing their support for this show," Golovkin promoter Tom Loeffler of K2 Promotions said. "We priced the tickets very reasonably and will put on a great show for them Oct 17. We have been trying to get another champion to fight GGG, and David Lemieux is the first to agree to risk his title, so we give him and Golden Boy a lot of credit."

It goes without saying that all of this is shaping up to make for a great event and atmosphere at Madison Square Garden in October.
