Tomorrow night's broadcast of PBC: The Next Round on Bounce TV was originally set to be headlined by a middleweight contest between Fernando Guerrero and Caleb Truax, but Truax was forced out of the fight today due to a medical issue, which Truax tweeted was a "mix-up."
For all that have been following my camp leading up to fight night, I regret to inform you that my fight with Fernando Guerrero is off. (1)

There was a mix up with my medicals and no time to get everything done. I will get everything cleared up and be back in the ring ASAP! (2)

Truax (25-2-2, 15 KO) was coming off of a 12th round TKO loss to Daniel Jacobs on April 24, and was looking to get back in the winner's circle against Guerrero (27-3, 19 KO), who has been stopped by Peter Quillin and David Lemieux while going 2-2 in his last four bouts.
Bumped into the main event slot is unbeaten welterweight prospect Jamal James (17-0, 9 KO), who will face Dominican Juan Carlos Abreu (18-1-1, 17 KO) in what looks like an interesting fight on paper. While Abreu's KO percentage has been built against largely inferior opposition, he hasn't exactly been totally blown out of the ring in fights against Humberto Soto (2014 loss) or Pablo Cesar Cano (loss earlier this year, reversed to a no contest). So that one could tell us a lot about both of these fighters.
Also still on the card is junior middleweight prospect Erickson Lubin (11-0, 8 KO), who faces Mexican veteran Orlando Lora (31-5-2, 19 KO) in an eight-round bout.
