Early this morning, WBC Bantamweight Champion Shinsuke Yamanaka prevailed over Panamanian technician Anselmo Moreno, defending his belt for the ninth straight time with a 115-113 split decision.
Though full fight footage remains unavailable, those industrious members of the boxing media who not only found a way to watch but also got up early enough to do so don't seem too happy with the (American, for the record) judges.

BoxingScene has a fairly exhaustive report of the fight, which they scored 116-112 for "Chemito."
According to accounts, Yamanaka struggled throughout to land his signature left hand on the crafty Moreno, who won the jab battle and controlled the middle of the fight after a closely-contested opening. Yamanaka surged late, but was also the beneficiary of a called slip in the tenth round.
We'll have highlights and/or full footage once they're available, but if you want to save time and just get angry now, by my guest.
