We all knew it was coming, but now we have confirmation.
With Sergio Mora and Michael Zerafa disposed of, the fight between WBA Middleweight Champion Danny Jacobs and former WBO titlist Peter "Kid Chocolate" Quillin officially has a date, place, network, and nifty fight poster.

Jacobs (30-1, 27 KO) has knocked out ten human beings and one case of bone cancer since a 2010 loss to Dmitry Pirog. Last year, he picked up the vacant WBA belt with a fifth-round finish of Australia's Jarrod Fletcher, and he's won twice since over Caleb Truax and the aforementioned Mora.
Quillin (32-0-1, 23 KO) opened 2015 with a draw against Andy Lee, losing his title on the scale and suffering the first knockdown of his career in the process. He had little difficulty in his rebound fight, where he absolutely crushed a game Michael Zerafa in the fifth.
If Quillin can break his habit of giving away rounds after a strong start, this could be a terrific fight, one which would give either man a career-best win. Does Quillin get over the hump, or will Jacobs prove he can handle a skilled power-puncher?
