BoxNation (UK), 12:30 pm ET, Billy Joe Saunders vs Artur Akavov, Terry Flanagan vs Orlando Cruz, Liam Williams vs Ahmet Patterson. Hey! Look! It’s Billy Joe Saunders! And he’s going to make his first title defense after 11 months! Against ... that guy he’s fighting! Flanagan-Cruz is just as awful a world title matchup. This is a very “Frank” card. BLH will have live coverage.

Sky Sports 2 (UK), 3:00 pm ET, Katie Taylor vs Karina Kopinska, John Wayne Hibbert vs Martin Gethin, Andrea Scarpa vs Ohara Davies, Martin J. Ward vs Ronnie Clark. This will be Katie Taylor’s pro debut, which is a big deal even with her early exit in Rio. The rest of the show is domestic level stuff, which is not a bad thing.

Top Rank TV, 8:00 pm ET, Lomachenko-Walters undercard. Ray Beltran vs Mason Menard is the highlight fight of the undercard. Mike Reed is also in action, as is Seanie Monaghan.

HBO, 10:35 pm ET, Vasyl Lomachenko vs Nicholas Walters. Lomachenko-Walters is a terrific matchup, and should be a heck of a fight. If Lomachenko dominates again like he has in recent outings, then yeah, you have to start talking about him as pound-for-pound elite. Like, have to — no question about it. Some already have been, of course. Beltran was supposed to face Juan Diaz, who is claiming injury and has been replaced by Mason Menard, making this a more interesting fight. BLH will have live coverage.

HBO, 10:35 pm ET, REPLAY: Sergey Kovalev vs Andre Ward. Press release isn’t clear if this airs before or after Lomachenko-Walters, so assume before.
