Bob Arum: Vasyl Lomachenko-Nicholas Waters a done deal

We should have a good fight in store between Vasyl Lomachenko and Nicholas Walters once Bob Arum secures a network to televise the bout -- which shouldn't be too difficult.

There aren't many details offered here, but Bob Arum tells FightHype that the long-proposed fight between Vasyl Lomachenko and Nicholas Walters has been made, he's just shopping the fight to networks.

This fight has been talked about for some time now, was supposed to happen last year, but with Walters seemingly unable to make the featherweight limit and Lomachenko not inclined to move up in weight, it just wasn't meant to be...until now, apparently.

This news still begs the question as to what weight the two fighters will meet at, but no one will doubt that it's a very intriguing match-up to be made. Walters, when he could still make 126lbs, was a really big featherweight with some serious power. Lomachenko is obviously well known as a two-time Olympic gold medalist who won a world title in his third professional fight, most noted for his exemplary skill set.

So, for the sake of discussion, let's just assume the two men will meet at a catch weight of 128lbs. How much do you like the fight and who do you favor going in?
