The Herald reported on the Kinahan mob last month, making note of their connections with the boxing world. Matthew Macklin, who promoted this card alongside Frank Warren, is called a "pal" of Christy Kinahan's son Daniel and mention is made of Jamie Kavanagh's father and uncle, both of whom were murdered.
The gunmen remain at large. Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims of this tragedy.
