Saturday's rematch between Victor Ortiz and Andre Berto already has a solid supporting cast on FOX and it looks as though the untelevised undercard is no different. 2012 Olympian Terrell Gausha will face Orlando Lora, while Gerald Washington and Eddie Chambers square off in a significantly more competitive bout.
Gausha (17-0, 8 KO) has fought ten times in the last two years, though not against anyone of note. That trend will not change against Lora (31-6-2, 19 KO), who's been a victim to the stars in recent years. His current 2-4 stretch includes knockout losses to Keith Thurman, Jermall Charlo, Julian Williams, and Erickson Lubin.
Washington (16-0-1, 11 KO) vs. Chambers (42-4, 23 KO), by contrast, is an actual fight. Washington lost quite a bit of luster in his disappointing draw with Amir Mansour, while Chambers has been feasting on the division's dregs since consecutive losses to Tomasz Adamek and Thabiso Mchunu.
The tripleheader on FOX begins with Jorge Lara vs. Fernando Montiel and continues with Edwin Rodriguez vs. Thomas Williams Jr. before the titular main event.
