IBF lightweight titleholder Rances Barthelemy will put his belt up against former titlist Mickey Bey in a June 3 main event from Hollywood, Florida, with Spike airing the PBC event.

Barthelemy (24-0, 13 KO) beat Denis Shafikov on December 18 to win the vacant title, months after it was stripped from Bey for failing to meet Shafikov in a mandatory defense in Macau. Bey (22-1-1, 10 KO) scored a highly controversial win over Miguel Vazquez in September 2013 to win the belt, and never made a defense.

The 29-year-old Barthelemy is also a former IBF super featherweight titleholder, beating Algenis Mendez in the summer of 2014, then making one defense against Argentina's Fernando David Saucedo.

Bey, 32, fought on the same December 18 card that featured Barthelemy's win over Shafikov, defeating Naim Nelson in a non-televised bout by 10-round decision.

The fights will be held at Hard Rock Live at the Seminole Hotel & Casino, and promoted by Mayweather Promotions, King's Promotions, and Panther Promotions.
