Conor McGregor works on boxing skills, spars Chris van Heerden

Check out the video above to see Conor McGregor (gray top) sparring Chris van Heerden.

I don't know if Conor McGregor usually does this or not, or if he's really playing into this whole Floyd Mayweather fight idea, but some footage has surfaced of McGregor doing some boxing work which may only play into the notion that this supposed fight is a 'real possibility.'

I, myself, probably had the slimmest of interest in the whole idea of Mayweather-McGregor since it first made headlines, but even that slim interest quickly dissipated after watching McGregor box in this video. No, it probably doesn't  show anything that we didn't know already, but it's a visual representation that makes it abundantly clear that McGregor would get completely washed in a boxing match against Floyd. I know - COMPLETE SHOCKER!!!

The video itself shows a little over a minute of McGregor working with professional boxer Chris van Heerden -- the same van Heerden who got beat up pretty badly by Errol Spence last September -- in a workout at the Box N Burn gym in Brentwood, California. But truthfully, in watching this footage, all I saw was the bazillion straight right hands Floyd would blitz McGregor with.

What do you think of McGregor's boxing ability?
