Premier Boxing Champions is good about getting things up quickly to their YouTube after their fights -- interviews, highlights, the usual stuff. Today, for whatever reason, they uploaded a clip of Adrien Broner calling out Floyd Mayweather from April 1.
With speculation that Floyd Mayweather (49-0, 26 KO) could announce a return tomorrow, is it a sign that Broner (32-2, 24 KO) will be his opponent? There's a lot happening right now -- or maybe nothing at all happening, to be honest, but speculation is fun -- but this seems like quite a coincidence.
You've most likely seen the video of Broner calling out Floyd for a fight after struggling to defeat Mayweather Promotions' Ashley Theophane, but if you haven't, here's the clip:
Broner and Mayweather have developed a pretty significant beef over the last year or more, as Mayweather has routinely criticized Broner, who used to call Floyd his "big brother." The two used to be close, but Broner called Floyd's company "Hateweather Promotions" before the Theophane fight, which brought forth an incredibly strong response from Mayweather, who you can see above laughed when Broner called him out.
