Terence Crawford and Viktor Postol both made weight today in Las Vegas, ahead of tomorrow night's HBO pay-per-view main event, which will be a unification bout for two junior welterweight titles: Crawford's WBO strap, and Postol's WBC belt.
Crawford (28-0, 20 KO) weighed in at the limit of 140 pounds, while Postol (28-0, 12 KO) checked in at 139½. Both fighters are in their prime, coming off of good wins, and are considered the top two fighters in this division, so this is a legit main event.
On the undercard, Oscar Valdez (19-0, 17 KO) and Matias Rueda (26-0, 23 KO) will fight for the vacant WBO featherweight title. Valdez weighed in at the limit of 126 pounds, with Rueda at 125.
Light heavyweight prospect Oleksandr Gvozdyk (10-0, 8 KO) will face Tommy Karpency (26-5-1, 15 KO) in a 10-round bout, with the fighters tipping the scales at 175 and 174½, respectively.
The pay-per-view will open with a welterweight fight between Jose Benavidez (24-0, 16 KO) and Francisco Santana (24-4-1, 12 KO). Benavidez weighed in at 146½, and Santana at 148.
BLH will have live coverage of all four fights tomorrow night, starting at 9 pm ET. For more on the undercard, check out our preview, and you can dig into the main event with another preview, too.
