BLH Pick'em Results: Season 32 - Week 4

A mostly up week for the pick'em results. After a rough start to our season it looks as if most everybody is starting to find a bit of a groove. We had all but one picker stay in positive territory this week which is a season-best thus far. This week's results pretty much completely turned on whether one picked Teper by stoppage or decision. Teper by decision was the strongest pick of the week netting players who used doubles 17 big ones.

Other than doubles on Teper by decision, the best scoring picks of the week were a lone triple on Shafikov and a few triples on the over for the Teper/Rossy fight.

Our weekly winner is burgundyron with a damn impressive 46.25 points on a 4 for 4 week with perfectly placed multipliers on Shafikov to win and Teper by decision. This result moves ron all the way from 37th place to just outside of the top ten and well within contention.

The rest of our weekly top are as follows: 2nd place - Skeletor1982 with 41, 3rd - BackScreenLob with 39,  4th - MDBBoxing with 37, and in 5th - Dlewis with 30.5.

Some pretty big changes in the overall top 5 including a new leader as well as a couple new names. The top 5 are as follows: MDBBoxing - 99.5, leo-solis  - 88.5, TheDemolitionDan - 78.5, serge campbell - 77, and Dlewis - 74.5.

A big weekend helped our leader put a little bit of space between themselves and the pack, but nothing insurmountable at all as of yet. I maintain that everyone is still in this with the way the season has gone so far.

On Tap: We have another slight breather before we pick back up for pretty much the rest of the season. You all know me—even on a slow week I'll find enough to keep us busy. We have action from California and New Jersey on Saturday, and a big fight from Russia on Monday. (I'm also considering putting next Tuesday's PBC card on the sheet)
