HELLO! It's Monday and time for a podcast. Today's show is nice and hearty, coming in at about 1 hour 45 minutes overall, as I'm joined by Kyle McLachlan, and the two of us are known to ramble a bit when given the opportunity to shoot the breeze with one another.
Topics covered today include wins this weekend for Gennady Golovkin and Chocolatito Gonzalez, how Kell Brook looks after facing Golovkin, and Kyle looks back on the great career and legacy of Bobby Chacon, who passed away last Wednesday at the age of 64.
Two things:
- There is consistent popping on my microphone which, of course, I can't hear until after we record. I can't figure out if that's Skype or my recording software messing with my microphone, but hopefully it's something you can just tune out after it's there for a couple minutes. If NOTHING ELSE, tune in and listen to Kyle's look back on Bobby Chacon. His mic was fine.
- The songs used for today's show are Warren Zevon's "Boom Boom Mancini" for the intro, and Dave Lear's "Bobby Chacon" for the outro, if you're interested.
