Sorry, Eddie.

As it turns out, Dominic Breazeale will stay on the Deontay Wilder-Bermane Stiverne II undercard after all. Former Wilder victim Eric Molina has agreed to step up on a month’s notice, joining Amanda Serrano and Seanie Monaghan at Barclays Center.

Molina (26-4, 19 KO) scraped by 13-35-7 Jamal Woods last month in his first fight since getting blown to bits by Anthony Joshua last December. He had previously knocked out Tomasz Adamek while down big on the scorecards and given Wilder a surprisingly tough out before succumbing to his power.

Fun fact: fifteen of his 26 wins have come over opponents with even or losing records.

Molina comes to fight, so it should be fun while it lasts, but it’s not quite as intriguing as Breazeale-Whyte. Oh, well.
