Junior welterweights Cletus Seldin and Roberto Ortiz will meet in a 10-round fight to open HBO’s November 11 card.

Daniel Jacobs will face Luis Arias in the middleweight main event, and heavyweight prospect Jarrell Miller takes on Mariusz Wach in another fight on the show.

Seldin (20-0, 16 KO) is a puncher from New York who has been a local attraction, fighting all but five of his professional bouts at the Paramount Theater in Huntington. To date, he’s been considered a local fighter, and at 31, it’s pretty much now or never for him to become a contender.

Mexico’s Ortiz (35-1-2, 26 KO) was supposed to face Antonio Orozco on HBO on September 23, but the fight was canceled when Orozco missed weight. He’s getting a make-up date from the network, which is nice, and on paper, this has the potential to be an explosive fight.

The card will take place at Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, with Jacobs making his return to HBO airwaves after signing a deal with Matchroom Boxing.
