ShoBox: The New Generation is back tonight at 10 pm ET on Showtime, with a featherweight main event and three more bouts from Cleveland, Ohio.
In the main event, Luis Rosa Jr (23-0, 11 KO) takes on hometown fighter Yuandale Evans (19-1, 14 KO) in a fight set for 10 rounds. Rosa, 26, was born in Puerto Rico and now lives in Connecticut. He last fought in June, beating Carlos Osorio.
Evans, 28, may be best remembered for a TKO-1 loss to Javier Fortuna back in 2012 on ESPN Friday Night Fights. He was out of the sport until 2015, but has won three straight since then, including a victory over Billel Dib on April 21.
Welterweights Radzhab Butaev (7-0, 6 KO) and Janer Gonzalez (19-0-1, 15 KO) are set for eight rounds, as are heavyweights Junior Fa (12-0, 7 KO) and Fred Latham (9-0-2, 5 KO). The opener will be a six-rounder between junior middleweights Charles Conwell (5-0, 5 KO) and Roque Zapata (4-1-3, 0 KO).
