The O2 Arena may host a solid heavyweight attraction on March 24th. Though no deal is yet in place, contenders Dillian Whyte and Lucas Browne have been making noise about a showdown with a potential future shot at Deontay Wilder on the line.
Finally I get to smash up the tattooed penis @lucasBrowne on 24th March at the O2 @EddieHearn I really am looking forward to it #WhyteBrowne

There’s a few things to sort out first, like a contract for starters but I’m looking forward to seeing @DillianWhyte all tangled up again. #sleepingonthejob pic.twitter.com/EV1vvNui1D

Whether you consider either of them top heavyweights or not, the style matchup should make for some quality bruising. Both Whyte (22-1, 16 KO) and Browne (25-0, 22 KO) are come-forward sluggers with pop in their hands and toughness for days. It would make a pretty perfect attachment to Joshua-Parker, too, so here’s hoping they manage to tie a bow on that one before too long.
Any early predictions besides “violence?” Anyone think “Big Daddy” still has what it takes to be a threat at the highest levels?
