Fresh of his stoppage win over Renold Quinlan this weekend, Chris Eubank Jr. thinks his IBO strap and new platform on ITV are going to pave his way into the big fights he desires. And although Eubank Jr. says he wants all titleholders between 160-168lbs, right now he wants a fight with James DeGale.

"I'm coming for everybody. DeGale, I want the rest of those teeth.

"I've said it from day one: I've sparred with the guy many years ago, back before I was a pro, and I dealt with him. I know what I can do to him. It's a fight the public want to see and now we have the platform. Let's do it."

The comments are a clear reference to DeGale getting his front teeth knocked out during his draw with Badou Jack, something which Eubank Jr. has poked fun at by stating that he has a spot reserved on his mantle for the rest of DeGale’s set.

As for whatever personal grievance Eubank Jr. has with DeGale, he says it stems from a sparring session where he supposedly tuned DeGale up, much to DeGale’s dismay. Eubank Jr. mentions in various interviews that DeGale was pretty upset about that sparring session and ended up dressing down Chris Eubank Sr. at the gym where it all took place. Junior says he has never forgotten DeGale’s ‘punk’ behavior, and wants to teach him some manners while also earning a recognized world title.

That aside, DeGale isn’t the only one on Eubank’s hit list, he’s also looking for a chance to redeem his only professional loss which came at the hands of Billy Joe Saunders.

"I know Saunders is starving as well -- no fans, fighting in leisure centres in front of 300 people. He needs to fight and we all want that fight, me more than anybody.”

Whatever is to come next for Eubank Jr., the plan is to have him back in action by April as they try to line up a notable fight.
