This evening starting at 6 pm ET on Showtime, we’ll have live coverage of four fights from two sites, with two world titles on the line.
The show will kick off from the United Kingdom, where Gervonta Davis (17-0, 16 KO) defends the IBF super featherweight title against Liam Walsh (21-0, 14 KO) in London. Davis is making his first title defense, and will be on the road against his mandatory.
After that, it will be a tripleheader from Oxon Hill, Maryland, where Gary Russell Jr (27-1, 16 KO) defends the WBC featherweight title against Oscar Escandon (25-2, 17 KO) in the main event. Escandon is the underdog here, of course, and is coming off of a KO win against Robinson Castellanos. Russell last fought 13 months ago, when he smashed Patrick Hyland.
Also on the card: Rances Barthelemy (25-0, 13 KO) takes on Kiryl Relikh (21-1, 19 KO) in a WBA 140-pound eliminator, and Andre Dirrell (25-2, 16 KO) faces Jose Uzcategui (26-1, 22 KO) in a fight for the interim IBF super middleweight title.
Patrick Stumberg will be on the live call tonight. Join us!
