Tomorrow in Ciudad Obregon, Mexico, Orlando Salido will return to the ring in hopes of winning a tune-up fight that could (hopefully, will) set up a rematch with Vasyl Lomachenko in August, but he’ll have to do so against a last-minute change of opponent.

Salido (43-13-4, 30 KO) was set to face Thailand’s Pharanpetch Tor Buamas (birth name Amphon Suriyo) in the 10-round main event, but due to visa issues, he’ll instead be facing Colombia’s Aristedes Perez (30-9-2, 16 KO).

Perez, 36, doesn’t figure to be any stiffer a challenge, as he’s been around the game for a long time and never broken out. Most of his wins have come against soft opposition at home, faring much worse when he goes on the road to be an opponent, which will be his role against Salido.

beIN Sports Español will televise the fight at 11 pm ET in the United States.
