Super middleweight contender Julian ‘J-Rock’ Williams (22-1-1, 14 KOs) is set to return to the ring on June 30 where he’ll be taking on Joshua Conley (14-1-1, 9 KOs) in a 10-round fight to air on Bounce TV.

The fight will take place at the Huntington Center in Toledo, Ohio as the co-feature for a Premier Boxing Champions card, ESPN reports — specifically headlined by Robert Easter Jr. making a mandatory title defense against Denis Shafikov.

Williams was quickly rising up the junior middleweight ranks until a right uppercut from Jermall Charlo put him away, temporarily halting his world title ambitions. Williams, however, hopes to bounce back strong and work his way back into another title shot.

"I am definitely excited to get back in the ring," Williams said. "I can't wait. It feels like it has been two years, not six months. I took my loss on the chin. I tried to learn as much as possible from it and I'm moving forward.

"Conley is a solid fighter. He only has one loss and it was to Daquan Arnett, who is another good fighter. I know he is coming to win. If he beats me, it opens a lot of doors and takes him to the next stage of his career, so I have to come prepared."

The 25-year-old Conley, from San Bernadino, California, is currently riding a three-fight knockout streak since dropping a split decision to Daquan Arnett in mid-2015. He says he’s well aware of what this opportunity can mean for his career and says he’s willing to do whatever it takes to win.
