Mayweather-McGregor: New York Press Conference (6:30pm ET)

The international press tour hits The Barclays Center in Brooklyn.

The international four-city press tour for Floyd Mayweather vs. Conor McGregor makes its third stop in New York today, live from The Barclays Center in Brooklyn. Coverage for the press conference is scheduled to begin at 6:30pm ET and can be watched live right here at BLH.

The opening press conference kicked off the war of words between Floyd and Conor, and we can only expect things to heat up with each passing presser. And if yesterday’s presser was any indicator, we’re in for another entertaining show this evening. The two fighters will face off with one another on August 26, live on Showtime PPV.

In the meanwhile let’s just enjoy some harmless banter between two of the biggest trash talkers in combat sports. There will be jokes, there will be insults, and on August 26 there will be blood! [Most likely McGregor’s].

But don’t be fooled by the showmanship in the build up. It’s good fun, but there’s absolutely no bad blood in this fight. Both fighters can barely keep the mutual admiration from spewing out of their eyes whenever they come face to face. In the business of combat sports, Floyd and Conor are cut from the same cloth — and they both know it.

Tomorrow marks the final stop on the media tour, with Mayweather and McGregor hosting the live finale from the SEE Arena in Wembley, starting at 2pm ET. We’ll have live coverage of that event too!
