During media interviews for the undercard of the Broner-Garcia this weekend, Jermall Charlo, who will be making his middleweight debut this weekend, talks about who he’d like to take on between Canelo Alvarez and Gennady Golovkin:
“My style is perfect for both of them. I feel like I can exploit things in Canelo that the greats have exploited and GGG, the same thing. You know, I’m getting better and better and better so I’m learning as I go and it’s been a journey.”
On his prediction on who wins between Canelo and GGG:
“I really don’t like to predict the fights because, you know, it’s a war in there and you can’t really predict what’s gonna happen because it’s a punching sport -- anything can happen in that sport so, you know, I’m prepared to see what you’re prepared to see. Great fights.”
Jermall Charlo takes on Jorge Sebastian Heiland this Saturday on Showtime, starting at 9pm ET.
