As expected, the World Boxing Super Series tournament at both cruiserweight and super middleweight is rounding out nicely. - Murat Gassiev
- Yunier Dorticos
- Marco Huck
- Krzysztof Wlodarczyk
- Dmitry Kudryashov
- Mike Perez
In the super middleweight division, two other names have officially entered the fray — Avni Yildrim (16-0, 10 KOs) and Rob Brant (22-0, 15 KOs), both of whom were expected to participate. The super middleweight field now consists of:
- Callum Smith
- George Groves
- Juergen Braehmer
- Erik Skoglund
- Jamie Cox
- Avni Yildrim
- Rob Brant
Promoter Kalle Sauerland says the final participant in the super middleweight tourney will be announced tomorrow morning - with some expecting it to be the eventual winner between Chris Eubank Jr. and Arthur Abraham.
The opening quarterfinal matches in both tournaments are slated to begin this September/October.
