Tonight at 10 pm ET on ESPN, Terence Crawford and Julius Indongo meet for a rare full title unification at 140 pounds in the main event of Top Rank’s latest card on the network.
Crawford (31-0, 22 KO) is the pretty heavy favorite, the holder of the WBC and WBO world titles, but Indongo (22-0, 11 KO) is also unbeaten, and holds the IBF and WBA belts, and is coming off of strong wins over Eduard Troyanovsky and Ricky Burns.
Crawford will have home field advantage in Lincoln, Nebraska.
On the undercard, top light heavyweight prospect Oleksandr Gvozdyk (13-0, 11 KO) of Ukraine will take on once-beaten Craig Baker (17-1, 13 KO) in a bout scheduled for 10 rounds, but on paper unlikely to go the distance.
Patrick L. Stumberg will be handling the round-by-round call tonight. Join us as boxing names an undisputed champion in the junior welterweight division!
