Mayweather vs. McGregor: Malignaggi confronts McGregor at grand arrivals

Paulie is really milking this sparring partner beef.

FightHub was on hand today for the Mayweather-McGregor grand arrivals where Paulie Malignaggi was spotted lurking around Conor McGregor as if he was looking for a confrontation. In fact, he was looking for a confrontation and ultimately got just what he was looking for.

Malignaggi first started in an exchange with McGregor's manager which quickly prompted McGregor to come over and approach Malignaggi directly. The two exchanged some not-so-nice pleasantries at close quarters before Malignaggi was accosted by local police like some out of control fanboy.

That seemed to genuinely confuse and offend Maliginaggi who had to declare his prominent status to the officer, "I'm a fighter, relax!"

When asked what happened Malignaggi responded:

"Nothing. They got fuckin' security acting like I'm a fan or something."

Poor Paulie. You'd think Showtime would've given him some special access card instead of letting him be treated like some lowly pleb. But sure enough the upheaval would cause cameras to flock around Malignaggi, who would then go on a tirade about how he felt the need to remind Conor of something from their sparring session before his fight this Saturday. Never a dull moment with these two.
