Tonight at 7:00 pm ET, we’ll have live coverage of two Mayweather-McGregor undercard fights, airing live on FOX.
In the preliminary main event, welterweights Yordenis Ugas (19-3, 9 KO) and Thomas Dulorme (24-2, 16 KO) square off in a 10-round fight. Ugas has bounced back from a rough stretch to knock off prospects and put together a strong four-fight win streak, while Dulorme is sort of looking to do the same, winning his last two following a loss to Terence Crawford.
19-year-old Mexican prospect Jose Miguel Borrego (13-0, 12 KO) will be in action in the co-feature, taking on Juan Heraldez (12-0, 8 KO) in a battle of unbeatens. Borrego is looking to make his mark in the 140-pound division, with this fight’s limit just a few pounds north of that.
You can also be sure to see plenty of promos for the Mayweather-McGregor pay-per-view during the broadcast, urging you to buy the show at the last minute. But whether you are or aren’t buying the pay-per-view, we’ll be here with live coverage for these fights, too, and these are worth your attention no matter how you feel about the night’s big main event.

Round-By Round
Yordenis Ugas vs Thomas Dulorme
Round 1: Ugas coming out throwing looping rights. Dulorme misses a wild left hook, he threw that with full force. This might could be fun! Both guys throwing with intent. Dulorme misses two more all-effort hooks, then falls short on a right. Both guys throwing but not landing a whole lot. Ugas probably landing a bit more. Ugas 10-9
Round 2: Dulorme really trying to work inside, Ugas poking with a jab a little bit. Dulorme is mixing up his punches well but he’s not landing much of anything. Neither is Ugas, really. Both guys moving their heads and defending well. Little flurry from Ugas sees a shot or two get in. Good uppercut from Ugas wobbles Dulorme, and he goes down! Dulorme got caught off balance there. Back up, DOWN GOES DULORME AGAIN! End of the round comes and he’ll make it out, but that’s a bad turn for him. Ugas 10-7, 20-16
Round 3: Dulorme getting lit up now to start round three. Ugas is letting it go and he’s connecting. Dulorme is leaving himself wide open to get tagged when he misses, but man is he throwing everything with force. It’s fun to watch at least. Ugas not landing as much this round. Pushing a lot and getting warned. Dulorme 10-9, Ugas 29-26
Round 4: Dulorme with a good right early in the round. He’s getting home just a bit more now, which is big for him, obviously. Dulorme misses, almost gets cracked in return but Ugas doesn’t get it there. Ugas lights Dulorme up with a couple shots. Uppercut to the body from Ugas. Another good body shot, that one maybe just a bit low. Ugas 10-9, 39-36
Round 5: Man, if more of these shots were landing we’d really have a hell of a fight on our hands. As it is, it’s fun to watch because it’s tense, but there’s not really a lot happening, either. Ugas sneaks in these body shots here and there that could add up with more regularity. Good uppercuts and a nice exchange, Ugas getting the better of that. I like Dulorme’s pressure, but I’d like it more if it were effective. Ugas 10-9, 49-45
Round 6: Dulorme has been warned for a couple low blows and now a punch to the back. Ugas opening up with shots again. Dulorme digs to the body. I really do like Dulorme’s spirit here. He’s come back well from the knockdowns and kept himself in this fight. Dulorme maybe goes low, Ugas complains again, Vic Drakulich basically ignores him. Hard hook at the bell from Ugas after another body shot from Dulorme. Dulorme 10-9, Ugas 58-55
Round 7: Dulorme goes low again about 40 seconds into the round, and this time Drakulich takes a point. He says he won’t warn again. Ugas’ punches have lost some steam, and Dulorme is trying to do something about it. Ugas’ head snap backs on a hard shot but he absorbs it and fires back. Another good shot from Dulorme. He has shown some wild stamina here, to still be throwing this hard. DOWN GOES UGAS LATE IN THE ROUND! He’ll get out of the round due to the timing, but man! Dulorme 10-8, -1 Dulorme, Ugas 66-64
Round 8: Dulorme starting fast again in the eighth round. He smells blood, clearly. Ugas looks dead tired in there. Lots of holding from him now. But he’s still landing some, though there’s not a lot on his shots anymore. Interesting round in an interesting fight. Dulorme 10-9, Ugas 75-74
Round 9: Dulorme smacking away at the body. Ugas opens up again, Dulorme throws with him and lands a hook. Ugas holding again. Body work from Dulorme. His punches are just harder at this point, and by a noticeable amount. Ugas complains of low blows again, Drakulich disagrees. Dulorme digging in close and landing to the body again. Hard hook from Ugas stings Dulorme late in the round! Dulorme 10-9, 84-84
Round 10: ANOTHER point taken from Dulorme. That could be a decider. That’s huge at this point. Hook up top from Ugas. Ugas doing a good job playing some level of keepaway while also staying active here. Dulorme trying for something big all the way until the end. Really fun fight. Ugas 10-9, -1 Dulorme, Ugas 94-92
Jose Miguel Borrego vs Juan Heraldez
Round 1: They really should have tried to get some people into the building for televised prelims. Borrego is the guy to watch here, but Heraldez is unbeaten and could be dangerous, so I’m intrigued enough. Heraldez starting well, showing some hand speed. Heraldez looks smooth here in the opening round, Borrego may be feeling it out, it’s a long fight. Heraldez 10-9
Round 2: Borrego opening up a bit more on his attack early in this round. He’s starting to march forward and look to get off first. Heraldez clipping him with little shots as he walks in, though, still looking sharp. I really like what Heraldez is doing so far. Borrego is in against a real opponent. Heraldez 10-9, 20-18
Round 3: Heraldez is making Borrego look a little crude, a little raw, a little, you know, 19 years old. Heraldez mixing up his shots and landing better, cleaner punches. He’s moving and giving Borrego a lot of problems. Borrego cut a little bit, then gets popped with a hook as he tries to bull his way in. Man, Heraldez is giving him terrible problems. Heraldez 10-9, 30-27
Round 4: Borrego finding the odd shot, but Heraldez is just outworking him as well as avoiding any sustained exchanges. Borrego trying to press but not cutting the ring off. Borrego gets Heraldez to the corner for a moment and tries to do some work, but he’s plugging away. This was a somewhat better round for Borrego. Borrego 10-9, Heraldez 39-37
Round 5: Borrego has switched from orthodox to southpaw a lot. Heraldez picking shots and fighting confidently. Borrego blocks a three punch combo, but it was something other than Borrego following Heraldez around the ring. Heraldez is fighting very intelligently and if he gave Borrego anything in the fourth, he didn’t in the fifth. Heraldez 10-9, 49-46
Round 6: Little body shot from Borrego, Heraldez fires back a couple shots before getting out of the corner. Borrego’s face showing some wear. Borrego reaching as he marches forward. He’s starting to build just a little steam, it appears, and Heraldez is doing more moving than fighting now, with Borrego imposing his will a little bit more. Good body shots from Borrego. Borrego rocks Heraldez RIGHT at the bell. This was a good round for him. Borrego 10-9, Heraldez 58-56
Round 7: Borrego keeps walking Heraldez down. Heraldez landing potshots here and there, a little combination gets partially home. Heraldez with another quick burst of offense. Borrego stalked well this round but doesn’t really land much of note. Gotta go with Heraldez. Heraldez 10-9, 68-65
Round 8: More of the same in this round, but Borrego finding more success. Chasing, chasing, chasing, and Heraldez trying to avoid him as much as possible while landing enough shots to make the round clear. But Borrego is landing a little more. Heraldez with a hard counter shot with about 30 seconds left. Another body shot from Heraldez. Borrego’s nose is bloodied and he’s looking increasingly desperate. He knows he’s behind. Heraldez 10-9, 78-74
Round 9: Borrego with a good, heavy shot about a minute in. HARD LEFT FROM BORREGO AND HERALDEZ IS DOWN! He’s up at nine, but he’s hurt. Borrego is charging for the finish. Heraldez trying to hang on. Borrego doing everything he can to wrestle free. Heraldez has no legs. Borrego trying to flurry, not landing clean much, Heraldez grabs on again. Clipping hook from Borrego doesn’t quite get home. Heraldez will survive the round. Borrego 10-8, Heraldez 86-84
Round 10: Heraldez trying to get back to what worked earlier, peppering Borrego and trying to discourage him from walking in. Heraldez has nothing on his shots, really, but he’s the guy throwing, and Borrego may have punched himself out trying for the finish in round nine. Borrego trying to unleash the hooks. Borrego’s corner begging Jay Nady to take a point from Heraldez for holding, but he’s not going to do that. 30 seconds left. Little potshots from Heraldez as he tries to cement this round through workrate. And I think he won this round and the fight. Heraldez 10-9, 96-93
