Jarrell Miller wants shot at Joshua-Parker winner

Miller is expected to take on Trevor Bryan in his next outing.

Jarrell “Big Baby” Miller tells Sky Sports that he believes he’ll be getting a heavyweight world title eliminator this spring against Trevor Bryan in Brooklyn, after which (assuming he wins) he wants to go after the winner of Anthony Joshua vs. Joseph Parker.

And despite being lined up for a title shot, the outspoken Miller believes he’s as deserving as any other challenger the champions have faced thus far.

“I think I deserve it now to tell you the truth, compared with these guys who AJ has fought, who Deontay [Wilder] has fought for their title shot, who Joseph Parker fought for their title shot.

”It’s crazy. I feel like I deserve it after this fight, after I put Trevor Bryan to sleep, so that’s how it is.”

Miller, who is rated #3 by the IBF, WBA, and WBO, anticipates having some options for a mandatory title shot, and says he’ll weigh the money on the table with the location before deciding on where to take his shot at a belt.

But should Joshua beat Parker and decide to come Stateside to build his brand, Miller says that would be the perfect opportunity to “break his face on American TV.” And with Miller now being aligned with Eddie Hearn’s Matchroom Boxing, he may well get his chance.
