Just a few days before his next shot at a heavyweight world title, Tyson Fury is beaming with confidence. The undefeated heavyweight tells Sky Sports that he’ll be bringing the green and gold belt back home with him this weekend, no question.

“I’m going to win this fight - one million per cent. There is not a doubt in my mind. No matter what he brings on Saturday night I will over come him and win and take the WBC title back to the UK.”

Fury would continue by saying that he’s in a calm space leading into this fight, thinking of it as ‘just another fight’, and also says he has no specific weight in mind that he wants to reach ahead of this contest. Fury has shed over 100lbs as he’s worked himself back from the brink.

“I don’t really have a weight goal (for this fight) but I’ve worked very hard and I’m as heavy as I have been in most of my fights. I was 257 pounds on the nail this morning.”

Yet despite his calm demeanor, Fury still admits that he’s extremely excited for this Saturday’s fight, with the opportunity to prove to the world is he’s everything he’s claimed to be.
