We’re officially good to go for tomorrow night’s undisputed cruiserweight title defense between champion Oleksandr Usyk (15-0, 11 KOs) and Tony Bellew (30-2-1, 20 KOs). The two fighters will square off tomorrow evening in Manchester, England will all the titles on the line.

Tony Bellew, who was coming down from heavyweight to challenge Usyk, hit the scale first and weighed-in at 199.4lbs. He looked to be in arguably the best shape of his entire career, which means that he certainly took his training camp seriously, fully aware of the threat Usyk poses.

Usyk came up next and he hit the scale at 198.4lbs, meaning both fighters came in comfortably under the 200lb cruiserweight limit, and Usyk looked to be in his usual form, ready to go for tomorrow.

The fighters showed the utmost respect for one another during their final face off, even shaking one another’s hands as they posed for the press. You can catch the full weigh-in, including those from the undercard, above, courtesy of Sky Sports.

In the post-weigh-in interview Bellew was asked about how he felt:

“I feel fantastic, fat boy’s in shape. I made weight, told everyone I would. I’m ready for war, I told [Usyk] right there, ‘be ready for war tomorrow because that’s what this is.’ There can be no peace until there is war. And tomorrow night, mate, I’m going to war, believe you me. He’s in the deep end. He’s in the deep end and I know exactly where I’m at. I’ve experienced everything in this game. Tomorrow night it’s gonna show. I cannot wait for war.”

Bellew on what he saw in Usyk’s eyes during the face off:

“No fear. A lunatic! The exact same thing he’s looking at! It’s like two maniacs in the mirror...as long as he doesn’t come here to run and play games and steal decisions, tomorrow night we’re gonna punch the F out of each other.”
