Pacquiao-Broner: Preview (Showtime)

Manny Pacquiao and Adrien Broner go head-to-head on Jan. 19.

As Manny Pacquiao and Adrien Broner prepare to square-off on Jan. 19 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Showtime Sports releases it’s preview video on the match-up, including some thoughts on the fight from both boxers.

“Who wouldn’t want to have a win like Manny Pacquiao on their record,” Broner says. “You know, he still wants to show the people that he’s still got that spark in his tank and I definitely want to show everybody that I’m still the AB that everybody once feared.

“You know, Everybody got critics but Pacquiao lost about 8 times and they still behind him...When I defeat Manny Pacquiao, January 19th, I will be back ‘the shit, and a bag of chips.’”

Pacquiao then took a moment to explain what the fight means to him.

“I just want to prove to the people that Manny Pacquiao is still there, still alive, very dangerous, 100% conditioned...all my countrymen are united.”
