All six fighters were on weight and ready to go today, as they hit the scales for tomorrow night’s HBO “Superfly II” tripleheader from Inglewood, California.
In the main event, Srisaket Sor Rungvisai (44-4-1, 40 KO) will defend the WBC super flyweight title against Juan Francisco Estrada (36-2, 25 KO) in a highly-anticipated bout. Srisaket weighed in at 114.8 pounds, just below the limit, with Estrada at the limit of 115 pounds.
In the super flyweight co-feature, Carlos Cuadras (36-2-1, 27 KO) takes on McWilliams Arroyo (16-3, 14 KO) in what should be a banger, set for 10 rounds. Cuadras came in at 114.6 pounds, with Arroyo at 114.2.
The opener is a flyweight title bout between IBF titleholder Donnie Nietes (40-1-4, 22 KO), who will defend against top contender Juan Carlos Reveco (39-3, 19 KO). Nietes came in at 111.6 pounds, and Reveco at the divisional limit of 112.
